Following the success of the AT&T flagship store in Chicago, we developed a smaller footprint (2,000-3,000 sq ft) AT&T Store of the Future.
Like the flagship store we developed contextual product placement for the AT&T product sets; positioning products in their real situations. Placing the Uverse TV service directly in a living room setting. Engaging the shopper in a kitchen to discuss and demo AT&T Digital Life, automated home services. And showcasing music products like speakers and streaming audio in a space filled with guitars, bongos and traditional music posters.
Again, like the flagship store, we connected the world of apps and accessories to the devices with displays that encouraged the shopper to try a fitness app, check out a new travel accessory, discovering how to bring more functionality to you device and explore the latest, coolest speakers that Bluetooth to your phone.
All of this was done in a store that was warm, inviting and homelike with the use of wood, carpeting and soft surfaces.
The success has been amazing with a typical 20% increase in sales in remodeled or new build stores.
